So Kelly introduced me to this yummy snack....Soy Pods. They are wonderful. We found them at Costco, and you just need to heat them in the microwave for a few minutes, pop the seeds out of the pods, and eat them. YUM!

hmm - i haven't seen those before -- are they yummy? I've never tried soy beans before
not too sure about anything soy...I'll just take your word for it until I work up the courage to try...:)
